Our svelte knives are inspired by traditional wooden Swedish butter knives. A helpful detail includes a flat collar so the blade is kept off the counter or serving board while at rest. 

Each handle is hand turned and the blade is shaped by hand and eye and therefore each knife is subtly unique. Available in Cherry, Walnut, Curly Maple and Curly Maple with a classic red handle. 

All kitchen tool surfaces are finished with a food-safe mineral oil and beeswax mixture. They can be easily maintained and will gain a sweet patina with use. Never submerge or put in dishwasher. To clean, wipe down with a cloth and warm soapy water and dry the surface with a cloth. Apply oil to the blade as desired. Handles are finished with durable polyurethane.
