Shipping

We ship USPS, allowing for the quickest possible shipping times and the best rates. Shipping costs are based on rate/weight and destination, and are calculated during the checkout process.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received. Please allow up to two weeks production time for your Handsome Tools.

Returns

Our products are made to order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, it is important to us that you enjoy using your products as much as we enjoy making them. If you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find an agreeable solution.
Damages in shipping must be reported to the carrier and Handsome Tool Co. within 3 days.
